Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Prohibited uses and responsible usage guidelines

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the Inbox2Sheet service. By using Inbox2Sheet, you agree not to misuse the platform. Violations may result in suspension or termination under our Terms of Service.

Important: This policy helps protect all users and ensures the service remains reliable and secure for everyone.

🚫 Prohibited Activities

You may not use Inbox2Sheet to:

1. Unlawful or Harmful Content

• Upload, forward, or process content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise harmful.
• Violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.

2. Spam & Abuse

• Send unsolicited bulk messages or marketing ("spam").
• Abuse the Service to harvest or scrape email addresses or personal data without consent.

3. Security Violations

• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service (e.g., denial-of-service attacks, bot abuse).

4. Sensitive Data Types

• Store or process special categories of personal data under GDPR (e.g., health data, biometric data, political opinions, religious beliefs) unless explicitly agreed in writing.
• Store or process payment card data (PCI), financial account numbers, or government ID numbers unless authorized.

5. Fair Use of AI Chat

• Generate abusive, offensive, or harmful content using the AI chat.
• Excessive or automated use beyond fair use limits without upgrading to a higher plan.

6. Resale & Misrepresentation

• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without authorization.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation.

✅ Responsible Use

You must comply with all applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM).

You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful rights to process any data you forward to Inbox2Sheet.

If you discover a security vulnerability, report it to security@inbox2sheet.com instead of exploiting it.

⚖️ Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If we believe a violation has occurred, we may:

•Remove offending content;

•Suspend or terminate your account;

•Report unlawful activity to authorities where required.
