Terms governing your use of the Inbox2Sheet platform

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Inbox2Sheet platform, owned and operated by Bobook Limited, Venture Hub, 136 Capel Street, Dublin 1, D01 T2C9, Ireland ("we," "our," "us").

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using Inbox2Sheet, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, and related policies linked in our Privacy Center. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Inbox2Sheet platform, owned and operated by Bobook Limited, Venture Hub, 136 Capel Street, Dublin 1, D01 T2C9, Ireland ("we," "our," "us").

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using Inbox2Sheet, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, and related policies linked in our Privacy Center. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

•Service: The Inbox2Sheet SaaS platform, including email parsing, AI chat assistant, and Google Sheets integration.
•Customer Data: Emails, attachments, extracted fields, and any personal data you forward into the Service.
•Credits: Units of usage for email parsing and AI chat conversations.
•Free Trial: The limited-time offer of 20 free credits, available without payment.
•Controller / Processor: Terms as defined under GDPR. For email and extracted data, you are the Controller and Bobook Limited is the Processor.

3. Scope of Service

Inbox2Sheet enables you to:

•Forward emails into a parser inbox;
•Automatically extract structured data with AI;
•Sync data to Google Sheets in real time;
•Use AI chat to analyze, validate, and query your data.

We may update, improve, or change features from time to time, provided we do not materially reduce core functionality without notice.

4. Account & Access

•You must provide accurate account details.
•You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
•You may not resell or share your account except as permitted under multi-user plans.
•You must not misuse the Service (e.g., uploading unlawful content, spamming, attempting to disrupt security).

5. Billing & Credits

•Plans are subscription-based: Starter, Pro, Growth, or Enterprise. See Pricing.
•Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
•Each plan includes a credit allowance. Credits reset monthly.
•Add-ons: Extra packs (100 credits for €14.90) may be purchased at any time.
•Unused credits do not roll over.
•Free trials: 20 credits, no card required. Limited to one trial per customer.

6. AI Chat & Fair Use

AI chat is included with all plans under a fair-use policy:

•Conversations are metered against credits.
•If usage significantly exceeds typical plan limits, we may:
◦Issue a warning,
◦Apply soft limits or reduced model (regex fallback), or
◦Request upgrade to a higher plan.

7. Termination & Suspension

•You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
•We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
◦Violate these Terms,
◦Abuse the Service, or
◦Fail to pay fees when due.
•On termination, Customer Data will be deleted per our Retention Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

•All rights, title, and interest in the Service remain with Bobook Limited and its licensors.
•You retain ownership of your Customer Data.
•By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide the Service.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

•We process Customer Data strictly as a processor under GDPR, following your instructions.
•Data processing is governed by our DPA.
•Our subprocessors and security measures are listed at Subprocessors and Security.
•You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws regarding your own customers.

10. Warranties & Disclaimers

•We warrant that we will provide the Service using reasonable skill and care.
•The Service is provided "as is" without other warranties.
•We do not guarantee error-free extraction, uninterrupted uptime, or fit for a specific purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

•To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
•We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, lost data).
•Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or mandatory legal obligations.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or dashboard notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

•These Terms are governed by Irish law.
•Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
